My boyfriend broke up with me last week after 2 years of dating. No reason at all, at least no important reason. Simply he just felt like he needed some space. True our relationship had died down a bit, we no longer had a very passionate love life but still I don't get how he could just go and throw to years away. It wasn't like we were having a fling, it was a relationship based on trust and love, or so I thought.

I will admit when I first met him he was just looking for a fling. We met while we were both trying out some free dating services and he told me tha he was not looking for anything serious. That all he really wanted was to date different girls and have no commitments. I wasn't to happy to have to embrace that but I realized that if I wanted to have a chance with himI would have to give in and maybe it would grow to be more. I for one was looking for the exact opposite of a fling, I was already 25 and starting to feel longing for a husband and a family.

So we began dating, soon our relationship turned very passionate and I think that's when he began to give in. Slowly he began to embrace the thought of only seeing me and soon it became more and more serious. The years passed quickly and I was sure we would be getting married in the future.

Then came the worst day of my life. I walked in to my favorite coffee house and found him in a passionate embrace with my best friend. I was floored and ran home in tears with my hear torn out of my chest. He followed me home where I thought he would explain that it had all been a misunderstanding but all he told me was that he needed space. No explanations, no apologies for hugging my friend. He packed his stuff and left my place forever.

I have not heard from him since and now I am stuck having to start all over again. Now I don't even havea best friend that can help me get through it since he took her too. I wish I had never met him and I hope he gets what he deserves, which is nothing.
